Workshops for making folk costumes “Neka lumin ne zgori”

During April and May 2017, as part of the project “Neka lumin ne zgori”, the City of Mali Lošinj and the City Library organize workshops for making folk costumes. The main objective of the project is to generate consciousness of the importance of preserving the entire traditional heritage of the city of Mali Lošinj and the island.

With the help of experts, our elders will try to keep away from the oblivion of domestic folklore and transfer their skills of making folk costumes to younger generations. Workshops are held in the Little Hall of the City Library of Mali Lošinj, every Monday and Wednesday from 18.00 to 21.00, until May the 31st, 2017.
